A number of years ago we realised that workplaces were becoming more and more Just in time businesses and were running as lean as possible. This impacted the ability to take staff out of the workplace for training sessions, so to meet this business requirement and still allow staff to train, we developed a range of NZQA qualifications all accessible via the web.
