This two-day public course will develop a Team Leaders’ skills and understanding of a number of areas of leadership. It will explore basic leadership concepts, motivation, communication, managing conflict, leading your team, and many other fundamental aspects of being a Team Leader.

It is designed for both new and developing Team Leaders, as well as Supervisors and Senior Agents/2ic’s. Participants will all receive a certificate of training upon completion.
